We are seeking a Recruiter to join our HR team and specialize in sourcing and supporting musicians for cruise ship entertainment. This role is ideal for someone who understands the lifestyle and standards expected from performers working on board and can guide candidates through every step of the onboarding process - and beyond. This is NOT an external agent or agency position - please note that you are applying to join our HR team as an in-house recruiter.

A dynamic office-based role in a creative and international setting – remote-based work is negotiable depending on the candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively recruit and source talented musicians and singers in line with our entertainment planning schedules.
• Manage the recruitment pipeline: screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain applicant tracking.
• Prepare selected candidates with all onboarding documentation and requirements for embarkation.
• Provide ongoing support to candidates throughout their contracts on board, assisting where needed and ensuring a smooth experience.
• Collaborate closely with internal departments to align recruitment with operational schedules.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and track onboarding progress via Excel and internal tools.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with talent while ensuring compliance with scheduling and planning requirements.

Requirements:

• Previous experience on board a cruise vessel as a musician/singer or strong affinity with the entertainment cruise industry is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; you’re a people person who understands performers.
• Tech-savvy with working knowledge of Excel and CRM or recruitment software.
• Highly organized, with strong planning and scheduling awareness.
• Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a major plus.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
